Directions:

From New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, and Points South: 

• Take Interstate 95 North.
• Exit onto Route 138 East - Exit 3 around Hope Valley, RI.
• Continue on Route 138 to Newport Bridge ($4.00 toll). 
• Continue on Route 138 (Cape Cod/Middletown Exit off Newport Bridge)- the road will circle and come to a traffic light.
• Turn right onto Admiral Kalbfus to the rotary. 
• Exit rotary between the Shell station (on your right) and 7-eleven (on your left). 
• Proceed straight- Newport Playhouse is 1/10th of a mile on the right.

From Cape Cod and Points East: 

• Take 195 West to Fall River 
• Take exit for Newport Route 24 South.
• Follow Route 24 South, which turns into Route 114.
• Follow Route 114 into Middletown. 
• Turn right onto Coddington Highway which turns into JT Connell Highway.
• Proceed to the rotary and exit rotary between the Shell station (on your right) and 7-eleven (on your left). 
• Newport Playhouse is 1/10th of a mile on the right.

From Boston and Points North:

• Take Interstate 93 South out of Boston to Route 24 South. 
• Take exit for Newport Route 24 South. 
• Follow Route 24 South, which turns into Route 114. 
• Follow Route 114 into Middletown. 
• Turn right onto Coddington Highway which turns into JT Connell Highway.
• Proceed to the rotary and exit rotary between the Shell station (on your right) and 7-eleven (on your left). 
• Newport Playhouse is 1/10th of a mile on the right.
